Welcome to our services page. Below you will find the services that we can offer you to best suite your Estate needs:

On site Estate Sales are the best way to maximize the money out of an  estate. 

Setup:

Our setups are very methodical and organized. If it is valuable and small it is placed in an upright table top display case, if its an expensive piece of art it is placed either on the wall behind our check out or within eyes view.

Sorting:

Always allow the estate sale company to deem what is garbage and what is sellable. We will sort out and carefully put away any personal photos and paperwork. If its personal it is safely put away. Do not feel like you have to do anything. we will help you from start to finish. 

Advertising:

Not only do we setup signs locally around the city where we are hosting a sale, we also advertise all of our sales with nationwide exposure. Like they say in the movie,The Field of Dreams, " If you build it they will come". we feel this is true with advertising as well. If  we give each estate maximum exposure even the most serious of collectors will fly in from out of state to attend our sales and help us fetch you the highest prices for your items. We advertise on multiple online platforms, Facebook, our website, email, and instagram. 

Note: MBH Estate Sales gets reimbursed at the end of the sale for advertising: $240-260.

Researching & pricing:

All items are fully researched & priced accordingly to current market values. If we are unsure of the value of something we make sure to fully research the item before a price is married to it.

Clean-up

Upon Request MBH Estate Sales can and will clean out the property. MBH gets reimbursed for actual clean up costs in the end minus labor. Labor is paid for through MBH's commission earned during the sale. Client is responsible for all dumping and hauling fees.

We consign: 

Coins, Jewelry, Artwork, Sports memorabilia, Militaria, Pens, Clocks, First edition books, Classic cars, Motorcycles, Advertising signs, Slot machines, Watches and various other vintage & antique smalls. 

We Do Not Consign Furniture UNLESS you have pieces that are antique and made by famous craftsmen or designers.

Consignment commission:

--> 25% autos & motorcycles

--> 35% everything else

We offer a 2 for 1 deal: Estate Sale & Property sale.

Matthew can help you from start to finish. It is always nicer dealing with 1 person that can uphold the estate sale & real estate sale timeline & transition.

Here Are The Incentives for you if you decide to use Matthew to host your estate sale & sell your real estate property:

1.) Matthew will absorb the estate sale advertising cost (A $260 value)

(Not applicable with consignment/ real estate combo)

2.) Matthew will pay up to $1,000 towards your estate clean out after the sale.

3.) Matthew will pay for all The property'S pre- inspections (A $945 VALUE)

4.) Matthew will also pay for A "move out" deep clean  of the property after all the left over items have been removed.

 ($300-600 value)
